Founded in 2007, Taylor Wimpey is one of the largest home construction companies in the UK.
They operate from 23 regional offices and have local sales offices on each of their developments. In 2022 Taylor Wimpey built over 14,000 new homes across more than 50 separate development sites.
The Challenge
Each local development attracts thousands of enquires from potential buyers. These enquires can be generated from in-person visits to the sales office on each development, but more and more enquiries were coming via their website. This was all successfully managed through their early adoption of Microsoft Dynamics.
The challenge was the exponential growth of third-party property search sites and social media as a source of enquiry. Each enquiry source had different formats and the process of streamlining those enquiries into Dynamics was becoming impossible to manage.
The Solution
Element78 developed Portal Connect, a software application designed to integrate different marketing channels with a property developer’s CRM of choice. The pre-built connectors provide fast setup and flexibility to make changes. The quality of the data is enhanced with auto metadata to aid reporting.
